Yoga for Tired Bodies

This summer, take the time to restore your body and soul with gentle yoga at Holy Comforter.

Back by popular demand, Rev. Ann+ offers her signature style of yoga, meditation, and God—Finding God in Your Body—this time with a particular focus on bodies that are stressed out.

This is a drop-in class, so come for just one session or all four. No former yoga experience required. Just wear comfy clothes, bring a yoga mat, an open mind, and a willing body. Questions? Contact the Rev. Ann Gillespie.
