Our special book and movie club meets monthly, alternating between discussing books and movies, featuring titles that will deepen our understanding of racial justice. We include fiction and nonfiction, drama and documentaries.

Billi’s family returns to China under the guise of a fake wedding to stealthily say goodbye to their beloved matriarch—the only person that doesn’t know she only has a few weeks to live. The movie is streaming on Amazon Prime, Hulu, and other services. Watch the movie in advance. We’ll discuss over Zoom.
