Launched this summer, our special book and movie club meets monthly, alternating between discussing books and movies, featuring titles that will deepen our understanding of racial justice. We include fiction and nonfiction, drama and documentaries.

One Night in Miami is a fictionalized account of a February 1964 meeting of Malcolm X, Cassius Clay, Jim Brown, and Sam Cooke as they discuss the responsibility of being successful Black men during the civil rights movement.
