Join us for our spring session of this yoga class for seniors. Licensed yoga instructor Pamela Rosenthal will guide you in ways to ease your body through a variety of movements. Her approach is slow and gentle, paying attention to how your body feels from week to week. Dress in loose fitting comfortable clothes. Mats, blankets, and other props will be available for your use during class.
Please enter the building using the lower level door near the Church Office. It’s accessible from the back/side of the building, and will be opened for you when you press the door buzzer.
