Licensed yoga instructor Pamela Rosenthal will guide you in ways to ease your body through a variety of movements. Her approach is slow and gentle, paying attention to how your body feels from week to week. Dress in loose fitting comfortable clothes. Mats, blankets, and other props will be available for your use during class.
