Advent Quiet Morning: Living in the Light with Our Whole Selves

Join us in the Chapel. We will reflect on bringing the light of Christ into our hearts during this Advent season with readings, reflection, and journaling as desired and incorporate some movement as prayer. Movements are simple, some to music and all can be adapted for seated or standing as able. Laying on of hands will be offered by clergy at the close.
Bring a journal or paper as desired. Light refreshments will be offered.
